Illamasqua Throb is their nod to the season of lurve and the cheekily-named pieces reflect this. I picked up the lipstick in Sangers last week and can’t wait to give the true red it’s first outing!

I am in love with the Sleek items. I love red blush and red lips! I’m definitely going to ask The Boy to haul those for me while I’m away.
I’ve not tried All For Eve but ouchies at that £90 price tag!
Red generally makes me look like I’ve got a rash, but I’m loving the Sleek Pout Polish & Blush!

It should be noted that the Sleek Valentine’s collection is limited edition – very limited.
I saw the Sleek collection out in my Superdrug, so it’s already launched. 😉 I only tested the Pout Polish, it’s VERY pigmented and so is the blush, but that’s something I wouldn’t use for sure.
The sleek blush looks amazing! It’s so rare to see a really true red blush! xxx
I wouldn’t get away with Sleek’s red blush as I’m super fair, but I’m sure darker skinned folk might do better with it than I.
I will have to get the Pout Polish. I love Pout Polish, so very excited that there’ll be a red one.

Hmmm I like red, but feel that to pull off a superb red lip look, one needs perfect skin – no check, and be able to do the flicky eyeliner thingy – no check. So am disadvantaged from the start. Am off to sulk, but on the bright side have a new bridge camera to have a play with! Jan x

I’ve just seen the Sleek stuff in Superdrug on the way home from work. Not sure how to wear red blusher without looking like coco the clown. Hmmm I’ll have to ask Kenneth Soh – he is bound to know… *mooches off to Twitter*
I want the pout polish and nail polish from Sleek. I guess red is the colour right now. I don’t think it suits me though xoxox
I saw the Sleek collection in Superdrug… the pout polish is lovely but I’m not a big fan of the scent so I passed. I did however pick up the gloss and lipstick from the Illasmasqua and both are absolutely gorgeous with amazing staying power. xxx
Maybe I will break out of my comfort zone and try a red this Valentine’s Day. On the lips though, no way on the cheeks. They are red enough!

The sleek blush looks scary!! I won’t be buying anything red though, my cheeks are already rosy enough. I start to look clownish if I use true reds 🙁
I got the Sleek blush and love it so much! Hot pinks and reds seem to do it for me (Mac’s Blooming Cheek, anyone?). It’s necessary to use a very light hand and blend well but I achieve a really nice flush, as if I’ve just exercised.
It’s rare to see blushes so intense so I was really excited :D. Seems like I’m one of the few who can get away with wearing it, lol.
argh these all look great but i always look an idiot in red but i love it !!! my second favourite colour and its sooo sexy 🙁 but ive tried so many shades of red lipstick and still cant seem to pull it off, maybe it’s because im not use to it, hmm i dont know 🙁 any tips? xxx
