My skin is only dry enough in patches to need this. So basically my elbows and a couple of random patches around my eyes that sometimes go scaley are the only places I’ve needed to use it.
It’s very thick in the same way something like EA 8hr Cream is and it leaves a thin protective barrier behind but unlike EA 8hr cream, this feels like you’re actually rubbing it in (if that makes sense) rather than sliding it about on the surface.
Despite using it under my eyes a couple of times, I didn’t notice any congestion but I wouldn’t regularly use it in places where my skin might be prone to product overload. I think of this more as an ointment than a regular moisturiser (unless of course your skin is REALLY dehydrated).

My skin is so dry I have leg dandruff (yes, ugh!) so this could be right up my street.
Nothing worse than getting out the shower and leaving leg dandruff on the tops of your clean, black socks LOL
