Color Club Ultra Violet NOTD

Posted by Lipglossiping On February - 1 - 2012

I thought that this Color Club shade was going to be sheerer than it turned out…

Three coats gave me full coverage and results in a beautiful pink-violet with a strong blue/green flash.  My photograph hasn’t picked up the green but you should be able to see the strong blue hues lurking where the light reflects off the nail bed.  For a bargain brand, this shade is a cracker – I just wish it were more accessible in the UK.

I bought Color Club’s Ultra Violet on eBay and paid around £5 inc. postage (from the U.S.) – which nail polish brands do you wish had better availability in the UK?

I wish that Color Club was available here! I got sent a green holo glitter and it is amazing! Sinful Colors have some nice polishes as well.

    Zoya!

Gorgeous nail polish, I see so many polishes I love, such as some by a Brazilian company that are insane! Ludurana is the brand and I am lemming like a small lemming!

I love Color Club! I found “Back to Boho” set in TK Maxx and its an awesome collection (from autumn/winter11 I think. It was £7.99 for a set of six and all shades are wearable and awesome. Especially Shabby Drab, which is similar to Zoya Caitlin, same dusky blue awesomeness 😀

Oh wow! I was lucky enough to pick up 3 Color Club sets before Christmas from TK Maxx for £7.99 each, including the Beyond the Mistletoe set, but sadly this one wasn’t in any of them. Might have to hunt this down now. :)

I’ve never tried colour club, but I’m obsessed with purple polish. I donth *think* I have anything quite like this polish though, it looks amazing. I guess I’ll just have to try and track it down. Sucks being in Australia. We miss out on all the good brands!

Color Club would be good. But Glitter Gal!!! The holos. I’m wearing their silver holo today and it is THE BEST EVER.

Expensive. An Aussie brand that came via the US. But totally worth it.
