I picked this trio of blushes up in Debenhams when it was on sale a couple of weeks ago and I could barely wait until I was home to have a play!
Dandelion was my first Benefit purchase many, many, MANY moons ago and it nearly broke my makeup-loving heart. I just couldn’t make it show up on me… and back then, I’d spent a considerable amount of my weekly student budget on the damn thing. Thankfully, things started to look up when I discovered Benefit Creaseless Creams and now I’m back to give the powder blushes another go.
I know that loads of people hate the blush box-packaging, but it’s never bothered me… aslong as it’s sturdy, I’m ok with it. I don’t generally carry my blush around with me on a day-to-day basis anyway.
You get three 3g blushes in the set. Clockwise from top left: Coralista, Dandelion, Dallas.

I think this is such a great way to purchase your Benefit blushes. At £578579 or whatever it costs nowadays to buy a single Benefit blush, it’s expensive. Benefit keep releasing these blush boxsets though… and then discontinuing them. I recommend POUNCING on the sets when you see them or if you can hold your nerve, wait until they go in the sale though you risk missing out alltogether.
Dandelion still barely registers on me but the other two are delightful. I’m especially pleased with Dallas which I thought would be the ‘bum note’ of the set but I can see myself using this blush-cum-bronzing shade with a light hand.
The texture of all three shades is delightful, lasting power.. impressive and blendability… spot-on.
If you see one of these, pick it up and RUN to the till before it’s gone for good.
I am madly in love with coralista!!!! dallas always looks a bit to pink/orange on my face, just wont suit me.
never tried Dandelion but it looks extremely sheer.
I have this and really like having this combination of shades together – Dallas=bronzer, Coralista=blush, Dandelion=highlight.

Ah I had the same problem with Georgia – I was in love with the idea of it but it never really ‘did’ anything on me!

I didn’t have any Benefit blush and had been thinking a lot of which one to purchase. Decided to go for Coralista, but as soon as I put my eyes on this lovely trio and saw it was much cheaper than Coralista I couldn’t resist. Mind you, I have the exact trio (same 3 colours, 3g each one) except the name is different. It’s called ‘Powder Pop!’ and is a travel set, which I bought at the airport. My skin is quite fair and Dandelion won’t really show up on me as well, but I like to use it when i’m not wearing foundation and my cheeks happen to be pinkish. It just gives a very very very subtle glow without making them even more pinkier.
I have one of the older powder trios and surprisingly Dallas works really well on my skintone. Dandelion is useless. Does it show up on anyone I wonder.

Coralista is absolutely gorgeous.
I bought this when it was £16 and then went back later and saw it for £12.50 🙁 I’m considering buying another one though cause Dandelion is my favourite blush so far, mixed with a little Dallas 🙂
Dandelion would look super natural on you 😀 I love how natural it looks on my cheeks although it doesn’t really show up when swatched 🙂 that’s the beauty of dandelion…
Dallas is my favourite out of all the boxes of powders from benefit, it’s so underrated imo, and gives the loveliest dusty rose color!
HI. From looking at your photos, I believe that you’re fairer than me (I am NC30) and I am able to get Dandelion to show up quite clearly! I’ve found that the one to make it work is to use the brush that comes w/ the Benefit brushes instead of another blush brush. Have you tried this? Thought this might be helpful, especially since Dandelion is one of my favorites!

I agree about Dandelion though, it just looks invisible. It’s a shame- it looks so beautiful in the pan.

Dandelion definitely looks too sheer for me, but ohhhh how pretty is Coralista!!
I totally agree with you on Dandelion. It was meant to brighten up my complexion but actually made my face look more oxidised. Not nice! If they replaced that shade with maybe a highlighter colour, I would run out to get it!
Those blushes are beautiful! I do like the Dandelion, and Coralista would be ok. too. 😉
I might make everyone else laugh, but what is so special about Benefit blushes? I find them to look just like any other generic blush. Although to be fair to them I havent actually tried them- judging by swatches they must have nice feel, but what makes them so popular and expensive? They don’t look very pigmented 🙁

Hi, I have hunted out this old post because I have a burning question and I thought you might be able to recommend something?
I use Dandelion, I am SO pale it’s great for me – natural, hard to overdo. However I don’t want the gold shimmer everyday. Is there another blusher that’s a similar colour / shade but matte-r, no shimmer? And if said blusher came in a creme (particularly stick) format I’d be even happier!
Any thoughts/recommendations welcome!
