I know, it’s horribly sacrilegious to mark such an occasion with a trip to the axis of capitalism but it had to be done, the thought of the new Christmas drinks had been robbing me of sleep! We finished off our Bonfire Night celebrations with a trip up the road to Winchester which holds an annual torchlit procession through its ancient streets, followed by the biggest bonfire I’d ever seen!

Incase you’re wondering… the new Praline Mocha drink is yumm-o, Leila’s stuck on the babyccinos like an old lush and Mr. L thinks that Toffee Nut Lattes are over-rated (insert gasps here). Oh, and the cakes in the first photo? Figment of your imagination 😉

Charlotte, what gorgeous photos! And an amazing bonfire… the one we went to didn’t even HAVE a bonfire! What is all that about? Good to see your little one enjoying it – ours fell asleep on her dad’s shoulders, which made for some very cute photos. Impressive sleeping skills too, with the all the bangs.
How on Earth did she stay asleep? L was horrified by it all to begin with before curiosity got the better of her! Sucks that yours didn’t have a bonfire – it warms everyone up a bit! xx

It genuinely frightens me how quickly she grows. Two years is no time at all and look at what’s happened in that time!
Yeahhhhhh, that’s my favourite too, I was considering a little canvas for her bedroom but my husband hates it… well, he loves the sentiment but says “what the hell is that old man line down the side of my mouth” LOL
I don’t think baby L could be ANY cuter, even if you tried.

She was proper scared for about 40 seconds and then curiosity got the better of her! Can’t believe you get jumpy! Noooo, embrace it (unless it goes on till midnight, then you start throwing things at people)

The Starbucks ones have been colour toned… yellow in the highlights, pink in the shadows to make them feel warmer and to get rid of the horrible indoor lighting.
The outdoor ones haven’t been altered bar the obvious b&w conversions xx
