It’s 2.30am and I was just about to head to bed when I quickly logged onto ASOS to check out the ankle boots (as you do). When horror upon horrors, my eyes alighted upon these. I can’t call anyone at this indecent hour… so you’re gonna have to humour me and nod your head in all the right places instead.
Skechers Hyperto Shape Up Boots, apparently.
It’s that wonky bouncy seesaw sole innit, the one where you either get buns of steel or need to take a Stugeron before you go for a walk round the park.
I’m pretty tolerant of fashion, I don’t give a chuff what you wear… I only get a bit ranty when I see larger ladies with it all hanging out at the midriff. Tunic tops have been my wardrobe staple for the last 12years. Get acquainted with them.
But these… these… moonboots.

Uggs on steroids…yes, they are hideous!!
I agree that the boots are ugly, but I have 2 pairs of the ‘shape-ups’ in a Mary Jane style and a nursing shoe style, and they might be strange/ugly looking but they are much better for my back AND are comfortable to wear for hours… so I’ll take the function over the style.
And honestly if there is a LOT of snow and it’s cold then I’m wearing equally bulky boots, so… *shrugs*

I have a bit of a perchance for ugly shoes/boots. I have plantar faciitis and can not longer wear pretty shoes, you see my feet 15mins before the rest of me appears, so I quite like these. Believe me when your feet hurt the rest of you hurts big time and you are a grumpy mardy moo, my feet are hurting at the moment (can you tell) and I’m in bed!

These are ugly (but I’m not that keen on ugg type boots anyway) but I do have a pair of mary-jane shape-ups that look better and really do seem to make my legs feel worked out.
I adore their glorious hugeness! XD Big chunky shoes amuse my inner child greatly. I had some cheapy version of huge ugg boots last autumn and looking down at my feet and chuckling, stomping around the house stomp stomp stomp kept me far more amused than it should as a proper grown up. heheheh
I prefer flat soles though, those soles make me worry about falling over and dying! On the summery versions I could perhaps cope *maybe*, but soles like that would kill me somehow someway, I know it. XD

i swear that model is wearing boots 4 times too big for her. You draw a foot inside that boot and she’d have clown feet.
I hate Uggs..they are what they say UGGLY! To put those seesaw soles on them ..not only ugly but for me at least dangerous!( i dont have the greatest balance due to a health issue)

What the FUDGE? These are dreadful. I couldn’t get over the way they looked on her feet then saw the stick man and I honestly thought I was going to wet myself! SO, not on my wishlist.
